Individual Consultation

I provide complimentary consultations so that we can get to know each other, you can ask any questions you may have, and we can talk about what therapy might look like. This is essentially your opportunity to interview me before deciding whether you want to move forward with working together. It also gives me an opportunity to get to know you, what you want and what your goals are.

Consultations can be up to 45 minutes long.

Please be aware that an informed consent form will be sent to you to be signed prior to a consultation session.

I also offer complimentary consultations to individuals looking for assessment services.

Counselling Session

$240/hr

Individual Counselling

With me, you have a bit of a choice in the length of our therapy sessions. Typically, a therapy session includes 50 minutes of face-to-face time, as well as an additional 10 minutes after the session where I complete case notes and any administrative tasks related to your care. This is billed as a 60 minute session.

This is one of the most common options you will find among counselling services. Usually, this is a really good place to start, whether you have previous experience in therapy or are new to it.

Another option is the 90 minute session, which includes 80 minutes of face-to-face time and 10 minutes after the session where I complete my administrative tasks. This is billed as a 90 minute session, and the rate is adjusted to account for the longer session time.

Individual Assessment

Formal assessments can be very helpful, providing a lot of information regarding your history, experiences, and symptoms. Typically, assessment sessions involve a consultation, clinical interview, assessment testing, and a results meeting. Once your assessment is completed, you will receive a full detailed report.
